Potential Partners
Cottonwood is currently seeking interested partners. Potential Community Partners, those who provide a service for our students, may request consideration for review by completing this Cottonwood Partner Interest Form. We look forward to the possibility of partnering with you. This form is not for product-only vendors.

Cost Competitiveness
Pricing competitiveness relative to market and peer bids, offering good value for public funds
Compliance with Charter Petition and Law
Meet all CA legal/regulatory requirements (eg DOJ LiveScan, insurance, nonsectarian)
Background Clearance
Vendors & all volunteers, employees, or contractors in touch with students hold a DOJ LiveScan background check as required by Education Code § 45125.1 (fingerprinting required)
Conflict of Interest & Transparency
No conflicts of interest, private school affiliation, services provided to relatives and compliance with Ed. Code Section 56042
Experience & References
Proven track record with public or charter schools, has relevant domain experience, with the ability to confirm business is established and operational for a period of time, no less than 1 year
Insurance & Liability Coverage
Holds required liability insurance
$1,000,000 per occurrence
$2,000,000 general aggregate
$500,000 personal and advertising injury
Quality of Service and Product
Durability, efficacy, innovation, and relevance of goods and services to educational goals
